How the programme runs
- Discovery firstHalf a day watching how the work actually moves and collecting the documents the sessions will run on. Everything after it is built from what that finds, which is what makes the rest possible.
- Foundations, for everybodyOne session for the whole office: what to put in a request, and the habit of attaching the document instead of describing it. Without this the rest are demonstrations.
- A session per roleEstimating, the field, admin and finance each get their own hour on their own work, so nobody sits through an hour that belongs to somebody else.
- Working over whole foldersThe step up from one document at a time: reading across a folder of files, cross-checking them, and writing new ones back into it.
- What stays behindWritten procedures the assistant follows for your formats and your numbers, a workspace per client holding their standards, a one-page card per role, and the exercise folders left on your machines.
When this is the right call
- Your team has tried a chat assistant, got something generic, and concluded the whole thing is overrated.
- The work is reading documents, comparing numbers and writing things up in a consistent format.
- You would rather they learned on your quotes, invoices and reports than on somebody else's samples.
- Somebody internal will own it afterwards, so it does not quietly decay.
And when it is not
If what you want is an introduction, buy a cheap online course; several are good and this is not that. And if nobody internal will own it after the last session, do not buy training at all: it decays in about two months without someone making the good way the easy way.
