How it runs

Every project follows the same four steps, and you can walk away after either of the first two. A fixed tier skips straight to the build.

  1. 00 Your message 2 business days

Tell me what you need built. I read it myself and reply within 2 business days, either with next steps or with the reason it’s not a fit.

  2. 01 Discovery 1 week · $4,500 CAD, credited in full against the build

I follow one real piece of work through your business and write down what I find. You get a systems map, a written scope and a fixed price, and they’re yours to keep whoever builds it.

  3. 02 The build Weeks per phase

You see a working demo every week, and every decision is written down the day it’s made. You pay phase by phase, for work you’ve already seen running.

  4. 03 Handover Yours from the first commit

The code, the documentation and the running system, in your own accounts or on mine under the run plan. You can leave at any time and take everything with you.

If the discovery week wasn’t worth the fee, tell me on the last day and you don’t pay it.

You keep the systems map and the scope either way.

Where to start
